The event was meticulously planned and executed in close coordination with our headquarters team in Hangzhou. Our responsibilities included sourcing and securing the venue, managing the production and printing of event materials such as goodie bag items and banners, and overseeing all technical and hospitality requirements. This included providing sound systems, professional photography and videography services, and coordinating refreshments—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
